Hearth sootblower

Application position: Used for blowing and cleaning the accumulative dust and deposits on water-cooled wall of boiler.
Working Principle: The motor drives the screw tube (lance tube) into boiler to a certain point (adjustable), then the screw tube rotates when the steam or compress air is puffing through the nozzle, cleaning boiler water-cooled pipe wall. After the sootblowing is finished, the lance tube retracts to the sootblower from the boiler
